This is an attractive old villa in a quiet location in the center of the village.

You enter the private, high-walled courtyard just a few steps up from the village street. There are flower beds, a vine, and a spectacular Palm that rises to the height of the villa.  There is a good-sized table with chairs and a sun umbrella-making eating outside a pleasure.  Sun loungers are also provided.

From the courtyard, there are two entrances to the villa – double doors directly into the salon, and the other door leads into the kitchen.   Most of the windows have a screen allowing a breeze through the villa.  There is also air conditioning in the salon and the main bedroom.

The salon is a bright room with two large windows overlooking the garden. It has a traditional style settee (almost a day bed)  There is a dressing table/writing desk under one of the windows. Above the salon via, a steep staircase,  is a moussandra with two single beds, under a long sloping roof, a bedside table and lamp, and a small wardrobe. There is a small window looking out over the back of the villa.

A door leads through from the salon to the kitchen. The kitchen is an L shape with a door and adjacent window looking onto the courtyard. A sofa runs along this wall, opposite is a dining table.  In the short arm of the L is a sink at the window.  There are work surfaces cupboards and a traditional plate rack.  On the end wall of the house, opposite the sink, is a small window onto the narrow side street.  There is a second dining table under the staircase up to the main bedroom.  The kitchen is well equipped and there is a full-size fridge and a mini oven.

A steep stair leads off the kitchen up to the main bedroom which is the unexpected delight of the villa. This is an airy bedroom with a wrought iron double bed, bedside tables, and lamps.  There is a double wardrobe with good hanging space and a cushioned wooden sofa   At the end of the room there is a door to the veranda which runs all along the front of the villa, there is a small table and chairs and views over the rooftops to Pedi Bay and out to sea.

This villa has two shower rooms, a hand basin, and WC. One of the shower rooms is located off the kitchen and the other is under the moussandra

This villa is ideal for a family, with good outdoor space. The villa is only 5 minutes away from the bus stop, shops, restaurants, and bars.
